RFP No. 17/18-04IT, DIGITAL COPIERS
好色先生tv District (District) is seeking proposals to procure Digital Copiers of various capacities and related services听that can meet the current and future needs fo multiple school sites and administrative听office locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested Consultants are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Award of contract has been moved to the July 31st听Board meeting.听
Site visits have been extended to include June 27th.
The District听anticipates visiting sites of听selected finalists to view and test proposed equipment on June 25th and June 26th.听听
Questions (RFI鈥檚) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett听at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on听 June 1, 2018. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to. 听
IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Friday, June 15,听2018.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.听All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District.听The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
